Paragraph (2) of Article (8) stipulates that public entities, private establishments, and individuals shall provide GASTAT with the requested data and information for non-commercial statistical purposes and at no financial cost in accordance with the quality requirements, deadlines, procedures, and formats specified in the regulations.
