The General Authority for Statistics has prepared this annual report for the fiscal year (1446/1447 AH - 2025 AD) in accordance with Article 29 of the esteemed Council of Ministers System issued by Royal Decree No. (/13A) dated 3 Rabi' al-Awwal 1414 AH, which stipulates: "All ministries and other government agencies are required to submit to the Prime Minister, within ninety days from the beginning of each fiscal year, a report on their achievements compared to what was outlined in the general development plan for the previous fiscal year, the difficulties faced, and any proposals for improving the workflow."
